With greater profits and crimes more easy to commit in a time of war, the HS sells weaponry to whoever is willing to pay the most, be they Rebel, Imperial or mere unaffiliated pirates out to cause grief...

Industrialist, financier, and reputed crime lord Nicolae Rogoff has resigned from his positions on the Boards of numerous monolithic Galactic corporations and non-profit concerns this past month. He has reputedly retired for a period of "rest and recuperation" to an unspecified but hideously expensive pleasure planet. Representatives assure us that he will return in time, once he has had his fill of "high-class trim."
